Cate Dak

We had dinner last night at Cate Dak. We tried their hand pulled noodles with mushroom and tomato&egg toppings, not the most convenientional choices but that's what we were craving then. The noodles are chewy and tasty, with a good bite to them. But you should definitely try the beef or fried pork noodles, I imagine they'll have a lot mote flavor in the sauce. We also tried their stewed pork burger. It was surprisingly delicious. The bread was a buttery, brioche like bun, it was so tasty! The pork was also well cooked. The staff is very helpful, the service was fast and the atmosphere is nice. The portion sizes are also decent. Overall, I'd recommend for a quick bite if you're around in the neighborhood craving for some noodles.

I was attracted by the small menu in the window. Synonymous with great quality. the place is simple and very welcoming. The business is family-run and very cooperative and kind at work. The hygiene and cleanliness are at the top, the two young people immediately get ready to clean and arrange, serve and welcome. The girl at the cash register is very intelligent with great communication skills, he knows how to welcome really well. They are all very humble and heartfelt. The kitchen is open to view and really elegant in my opinion. The food is 10 stars, the pasta is freshly made, being a chef it reminds me a lot of when I cooked with my grandmother as a child... if from different cultures a single morsel meant that I could travel through time, destination China Italy 32 years ago. To date, finding this quality and not understanding it, preferring junk and shameful food. Here you can eat a generous plate of freshly made food at the same price as industrial food, the price is also top in my opinion. Thank you for the magnificent dinner 🙏

An excellent place to taste authentic Xi'an food. Staff is friendly and serviceable. To mention as an example: You get refills free of charge when your teapot is empty, which is rare. The interior is also really beautiful, with a life-sized terracotta warrior that can be seen right away upon entering the place. I highly recommend this place!
